ABOUT SUG TOPS
The President's Welcome Addresss,
It is my pleasure to welcome you to TOPS' STUDENTS' UNION official website.
The primary function of SUG TOPS is to be the housing platform that fights for the right of students in the prestigious The Oke-Ogun Polytechnic, Saki.

The Union is made up of committed, responsible and transparent executives who are committed to the welfare of the students and ensuring that the right of each student is protected maximally at all levels.

I therefore implore you to visit our website daily to familiarize yourself with the series of development within and outside the Union as this will inform you of our activities.

OUR PHILOSOPHY
Our philosophy is highly entrenched in Section 4 sub-section 1, 2 and 3 which quotes thus:
Sub Section 1: The aims and objectives of the Union shall be to promote and protect the interest and welfare of the students and uphold the good name of TOPS at all times.

Sub Section 2: The aims and objectives of the Union shall be:
(a) To promote oneness among the Students of the institution.
(b) To protect the fundamental human rights of members.
(c) To promote social, intellectual, technological advancement and sporting activities of members.
(d) To promote cordial relationship between the students and staff of TOPS.
(e) To promote healthy interaction and understanding between students and the Polytechnic community at large.
(f) To promote friendly relationship with other students' bodies in and outside Nigeria whose objective are acceptable to the Union.
(g) To promote and sustain the good image of the institution

Sub Section 3:
(a) The Union shall undertake all such lawful activities as may be necessary for the attainment of these objectives.
(b) To work for the general development of Nigeria.
